This case involves a priority dispute between Dovenmuehle, Inc., beneficiary of a deed of trust, and several mechanics lien claimants. The El Paso County District Court held the interests of all lien claimants superior to the interest of the trust deed beneficiary and entered judgment with interest in favor of the lien claimants. We affirm the judgment decreeing the priority of the various interests but reverse the district courts award of interest.
